Princeton, NJ – Omega Design Corporation, a global provider of packaging machinery, serialization solutions, and bottle unscrambling technology has become a partner-in-residence at Systech International, based in Princeton, NJ, a global leader in serialization, track-and-trace, authentication, and trusted consumer engagement.
The companies have a history of success working together to support the packaging and serialization needs of a variety of global biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Omega recently joined Systech’s Ecosystème de partenaires UniSolve, which is a multi-vendor environment featuring the industry’s best OEMs. As such, Omega’s serialization and aggregation equipment is now pre-configured with Systech’s UniSolve™ serialization software.
As a ‘resident partner’, Omega’s equipment will be housed in Systech’s training and demonstration facility at its US headquarters in Princeton. This allows Systech’s regional clientele to participate in live training and active demonstrations showcasing UniSolve’s seamless integration with Omega’s packaging hardware.

For over 45 years, Omega has been deploying packaging automation solutions primarily for the pharmaceutical, personal care and cosmetic markets. Systech’s software is frequently used as part of these deployments, so the companies have a strong history of collaboration.
In partnering with Systech’s revolutionary UniSolve software, Omega now delivers rapid deployment, pre-configured serialization modules in as little as 60 days. Customers also benefit from one integrated manual, integrated single validation documents and a combined Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) that streamlines the site integration and validation process.
Systech’s highly configurable line of serialization software allows drug manufacturers and packagers to maintain compliance with changing global regulations in a way that is cost effective and minimally disruptive. With the FDA planning new implementation requirements for DSCSA stakeholders (in 2015, 2017 and 2023), manufacturers and packagers will be well served to implement unit-level traceability ahead of the curve.
